Pongsakorn  Yuthagovit is an assistant governor of the Provincial Electricity Authority of Thailand and the president of IEEE Thailand Section. He has worked as a power system planner for 23 years. His responsibilities are to set up sub-transmission and distribution system projects for serving demand growth and improving power system reliability, to perform conceptual design according to PEA planning criteria, to do feasibility studies consisting of technical analysis, power flow studies, short circuit analysis, alternative analysis, economic and financial analysis, and to arrange any procedures for selecting a consultant for technical assistance. As a member of Planning Committee of PEA Smart Grid Development, its responsibility is to consider and propose the suitable PEA smart grid projects to the committee before going to PEA Board of Directors for approval.

Fouad Ben Abdelaziz, is currently Distinguished Professor at NEOMA BS, Rouen Campus, France. He received his PhD in Operations and Decision Systems from Laval University, Canada. He was a Senior Fulbright scholar at the Rutgers Center for Operations Research, Rutgers University, NJ, USA. He is a leading researcher in multi-objective stochastic optimization. Aside from his publications in outstanding journals like EJOR, ANOR and FSS, he has served as Guest Editor of special issues of reputed international journals. Dr. Ben Abdelaziz has worked/visited many universities around the world such as the University of Tunis, the American University of Beirut, the University of Dubai, and Pace University NY. He has been consulting for the chemical industry and was appointed as an assessor for the Dubai Business Award. His recent research interests are in Supply Chain Optimization and Applications. He was appointed as the director of the Doctoral School and the Director of the LARODEC Lab at the University of Tunis.

Pérez-Gladish, Blanca, full Professor at the University of Oviedo in Spain. Her main interest research fields are multiple criteria decision making and fuzzy sets theory with applications in health, finance and education. She has published her research in several journals as the “European Journal of Operational Research”, “Annals of Operations Research”, “Applied Mathematics and Computation”, “Journal of the Operational Research Society” or “OMEGA”. He is the principal researcher of the international group “Socially Responsible and Sustainable Development Research Group” and member of the African Chair of Innovation and Sustainable Management, Mohamed VI University (CAIMD-UM6P) and of the Chair for Analysis of Innovation (C_innovA).

Hatem Masri is professor of Business Analytics and dean of the college of business administration at the university of Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain. He received a PhD in management science in 2004 and Master in operations research in 1999 from the university of Tunis, Tunisia. His research interests include business analytics, supply chain management, financial engineering, and Islamic finance. Hatem is past president of the African Federation of Operational Research Societies, founder of the INFORMS Bahrain International Group, general secretary of the Tunisian Decision Aid Society, member of INFORMS and IEEE and volunteer/mentor with the AACSB.

Karndee Leopairote is a professor who turned a strategic future advisor. She is now serving as Executive Vice President on Foresight and Innovation at FutureTales Lab, MQDC. She is also serving as a board member of the Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization), Supervisory Board of Director of the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), and the director of Business Online (BOL) Public Company Limited.
At the FutureTales Lab by MQDC, Karndee leads a future foresight team to identify the possible futures for future solution planning at the corporate levels and the city level. As a strategic futurist by practice, she has formulated and launched the FutureTales Lab to be the forefront of the foresight practice and a platform for industry collaboration.
